Neya Porto Hotel

We were in a marvellous location relatively close to Soares dos Reis National Museum.

It was a magical place, had outstanding and amazing staff at the roof bar excellent service. We were offered family room complete with a nice view, luxurious design, as example. Having different savoury drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch.

I loved the fine views of the river from the rooftop bar, where I spent good evenings. The hotel's decor is modern and stylish.

Handrails in the shower would be helpful for seniors.

During my recent stay, I was amazed by the stunning views of the river from the rooftop bar, which made for lovely evenings. The modern decor of the hotel created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast offered plenty of delicious options and really set me up for the day. One downside was that the shower had some temperature issues, which could be concerning for small children. I would highly recommend this place.

Fine Rooftop Bar with Lovely Views

I loved the amazing views of the Douro River from the rooftop bar. The hotel's modern decor created a comfortable atmosphere, and the staff was attentive. I suggest improving the coffee quality at breakfast to elevate the start of the day.

The rooftop bar offers amazing views of the river and city skyline. I loved the extra touches in our suite, like the complimentary port and assorted pastries that hit like a warm welcome. Not to mention, the breakfast was a delicious spread of local flavors that kick-started each day with delight!

Lovely rooftop bar with a great view, but the wi-fi was unreliable.

The room was super comfy and clean. We loved the stunning river view! The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Check-in could be a bit smoother, but it didn't take away from our fun stay. 😊

Check-in took an astonishingly long time, due to the reception being understaffed when I arrived. The air conditioning unit in my room struggled to keep the temperature comfortable, leading to nights that were warmer than I'd prefer. Limited parking options made getting in and out a hassle, especially after a long day of exploring the area.

Charming Stay with a Few Bumps

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh pastries and fruits. We appreciated the quick response after a mix-up with our towels.

Enjoying a good breakfast with views of the river was an added bonus. On the rooftop terrace, the lovely vistas provided a relaxing escape. The location was a bit further from certain attractions than expected, and some amenities fell short of premium standards, such as the lack of a full-service restaurant.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend respite in Porto with excellent value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing some good tips . If you're driving, check the parking options ahead of time to avoid confusion.
